Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Standard Shipping: $6.95 CAD — estimated 5–8 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $14.95 CAD — estimated 2–3 business days.
Free Standard Shipping: automatically applied on all orders over $75 CAD.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your confirmation email, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.
Delays & Issues
PureGlowTools is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@pureglowtools.com and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
